Community Input
Atlanta Jazz Festival will monitor a Community Input portal for general feedback and for support requests.
Portal is only active from 5/22 – 5/26.

Lane & Street Closures
There are no full street closures associated with the festival. The following lane closure will be in effect during festival show days:
NB Parking Lane of Charles Allen Drive
Between 8th Street & 10th Street

24 Hours Daily
Vehicle traffic on Charles Allen Drive will remain open during festival operations.
Resident Parking Access
Neighborhood parking remains accessible to residents. Residents may be asked to present one of the following for access to neighborhood parking areas:
1. Valid government-issued ID showing neighborhood residency
2. Utility bill or lease agreement displaying neighborhood address
No resident parking passes are required.
No Event Parking Areas
“No Event Parking” signage will be posted throughout portions of Midtown surrounding Piedmont Park during festival operations.
The official parking signage plan includes portions of:
- Charles Allen Drive
- Penn Avenue
- 6th Street
- 7th Street
- 8th Street
- 9th Street
- Mentelle Drive
- Vedado Way
- Glendale Terrace
- Taft Avenue
- Greenwood Avenue
- Durant Place
Additional signage may be installed at intersections and mid-block locations surrounding Piedmont Park to support emergency access, traffic flow, and neighborhood safety during festival operations.
Please observe all posted parking restrictions and signage during event dates.
